Because Ginger Ale is a natural, “live” product, the taste of your Ginger Ale bottle may vary from batch to batch. One bottle may be a little sweeter, fizzier or drier than the other. Savour the surprise!

It is natural and normal to see sediment at the bottom of the bottle, which only appear in raw organic Ginger Ale.
Please keep refrigerated. Open carefully as Ginger Ale gets really fizzy.
Ingredients:
filtered water, raw ginger culture, raw ginger, raw lime juice, organic sugar (to feed the culture) *.
* Although Ginger Ale is made with sugar, it is still a much healthier, low-sugar alternative to ordinary sodas and commercial fruit juices. Sugar is an essential ingredient in the fermentation process, as it feeds the live cultures. During fermentation, the cultures “digest” the sugar. By the end of the process, only minimal residual sugar remains.
Due to natural fermentation, Ginger Ale contains trace amounts of alcohol.
